COMING IN 2025 - Pilates For Menostrength 6 Week Course

We know, we know - none of us are quite ready to think about Christmas, let alone next year just yet, but we have some exciting news about a new course starting in 2025 which we just couldn't wait to share.


Beginning on January 14th 2025 and running every Tuesday at Edward Bryant School for six weeks, Sue Nel will be joining our Well Fit Family with her new course, Pilates For Menostrength.


As Sue explains - "Pilates is so valuable during the menopause and this course will help you learn how to protect your heart's health, bone density, and improve your balance, posture and control." This is a great way to stay active, help improve and maintain your body's health, and best of all it has been designed specifically with you and your needs in mind!
