Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Using chairs or barres the class is structured with a warm up, chair/barre workout, floor section, including abdominal work and a stretch with cool down. Be supple, strong and de-stress in this class which is suitable for all ages and abilities.
