A class that focuses on the bulding and maintenance of strength and mobility. We use resistance in the form of dumbbells and kettlebells and try to have a whole body approach. It is a class for everyone, becuase strength and ability to protect and maintain our skeletal muscles is something that is important for everyone but absolutely vital the older we get. Great class environment led by a personal trainer who has 15 years of practical experience.
